Job Description
We are looking for an Intern who can contribute to building intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces while also supporting frontend implementation of those designs. This role focuses on designing responsive user experiences and translating them into practical, functional interfaces for Constromat’s integrated digital platform.
You will work closely with engineers, contribute to real product features, and gain hands-on experience in modern software engineering practices within a fast-growing startup environment.
This internship is ideal for individuals who are curious, self-driven, adaptable, and eager to work on real-world scalable products.
Basic Qualifications
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field
– Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking
– Understanding of how users interact with digital interfaces
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment
– Good communication and collaboration skills
– Self-driven mindset with strong curiosity and willingness to learn
Technical Requirements
– UI/UX Design Fundamentals: Understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile interfaces
– Figma Proficiency: Ability to use Auto Layout and Components to create structured and developer-friendly designs
– Frontend Development: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and basic JavaScript
– Component-Based Development: Exposure to modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
– Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows
– Clean Code Practices: Ability to write readable, structured, and maintainable code
– Accessibility Awareness: Understanding of usability and accessibility fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience working on personal, academic, or freelance projects
– Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating projects or design work
